Refund and Returns Policy
We want to ensure that you receive your orders in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective clothing item, we’re here to help. Please follow these guidelines for claiming a replacement or refund:
–Unboxing Video: To process your claim, you must provide an unboxing video showing the defective product as you received it.
–Claim Period: You must submit your claim for a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after 7 days will not be eligible for a free replacement, and any reprinting costs will be your responsibility.
–Required Information: Along with the unboxing video, send us photos of the defective item and the original packaging.
We will replace or refund any misprinted, damaged, or defective items once the claim is verified.
For non-clothing items, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return for any reason, including if you don’t like the product. If the item arrives damaged, you can also request a refund or replacement. These claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Return Conditions: Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns or exchanges are not available after 7 days.
