Aureus is an anime clothing brand offering artistic designs and a variety of other products such as keychains and action figures. We make our own designs and do not source from any external providers.

3. Payment Policy

We accept payments through the following methods:

Online payments for all product categories.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for keychains, action figures, and items other than clothing.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

Clothing: We accept returns only if the product is damaged or incorrect. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.
Other Products: For keychains, action figures, and similar items, returns or exchanges are allowed if you are unsatisfied with the product or if it is damaged. You can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please note that the item must be unused and in the same condition as received to qualify for a return or exchange.

5. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping: We provide free shipping on all orders across India. Our standard delivery time is 7 to 8 days from the date of order confirmation.
International Shipping: International shipping is available. Customers are requested to contact us via Instagram for international orders and shipping details.
